Even though AHH Products offers hundreds of bean bag chairs with washable covers plus water-repellent liners, we also offer custom ordering!  Custom order bean bag chairs come complete with removable covers made from your fabric, and water-repellent liners full of bean bag filler.

Send us your own bean bag fabric and we'll make the bean bags for you! Match your home decor perfectly.  It's also a great way to use fabric that you have lying around or take advantage of fabric store sales in your area.

Small 27"	48" or more	2 yards
Standard 32"	29" - 53"	4.5 yards	53" or more	2.25 yards
Premium 37"	30" - 59"	5 yards	59" or more	2.5 yards

How to read the chart - For a premium 37" size bean bag chair or cover, if your fabric is at least 30" wide AND less than 59" wide, you need to send 5 yards. If your fabric is wider than 59", you need to send 2.5 yards. You must send continuous yardage, no small pieces.

Fabric selection - Choose a fabric that will not run or snag, and is durable. No heavy materials like vinyl, leather, or heavy-backed fabrics. No real fur! No shaggy fake fur (most long furs shed and don't hold up well.)  Ask the fabric store salesperson for help with fabric widths or contact us from the store! We reserve the right to refuse fabric that is too difficult to sew.  Please ensure that you send enough useable fabric. We are not responsible for cut fabric that ends up being too short. When we ship your finished product, we will insure the fabric for up to $100.  Customer fabric is not covered under our warranty.
