For the contiguous USA, in-stock orders leave our facility the next business weekday if payment is received by 4pm EST. After 4pm EST, orders will go out the door the 2nd weekday. Add up to 5 extra weekdays for personalized items. Add up to 1 extra weekday for 52" size. Transit time from us to your door ranges from 1-5 weekdays (depending on the distance from Virginia). See map below.
For Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, and APO/FPO/DPO, we ship via US Postal Service or FedEx, whichever is less costly for you. Please contact us for current shipping costs to these destinations. Free shipping does not apply.
For Canada, the customer may have to pay an import tax upon receipt of the package. Please contact us to inquire.
We regret that at this time, we cannot ship to other international countries due to prohibitive shipping costs.
Any item returned to us because the recipient refused it, or otherwise could not be delivered after several good faith attempts by FedEx or UPSPS, and if we shipped to the address provided when the order was placed, we reserve the right to require reimbursement for return-to-sender fees if applicable. Original shipping cost not refunded.
Items Arrived Damaged
If you receive an item damaged during shipping, please notify us within 5 business days for an immediate replacement (we need the time to file a claim with FedEx.) You must keep all damaged items, including all packaging, for FedEx inspection. If any reported damaged item, with original packaging, is not made available for FedEx inspection, customer claim will not be honored and original payment will not be refunded. If replacements are shipped, and FedEx inspection is not possible due to customer's actions, customer agrees to pay for the replacements within 7 days of invoice and original payment will not be refunded.
The following map shows how many days it takes to ship our in-stock bean bag chairs to you from Virginia, barring any delays in transit. We will contact you if any item is not in-stock and ready to ship out from our location on schedule.
Note that FedEx does not guarantee ground times*. All FedEx guarantees are suspended during the holidays. FedEx may run into delays such as weather or internal issues, but for the most part they are on time. A FedEx business day does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. *This is always true, so watch out if you see "guaranteed delivery"- look for the fine print!

*Please order as early as possible during the holidays! The closer to Dec. 25, the busier FedEx gets and the higher the risk of delayed delivery by them.
