HASSLE-FREE RETURNS:

If you decide that you are not satisfied with your order, just contact us for an exchange or refund less shipping cost (excluding custom and personalized orders). The only rule is that you have 365 days to return your item in original condition!  Too good to be true? Nope, we get less than 1% returns out of thousands of bean bags sold, so it's no big deal to give you a full year! 

We don't accept returns or exchanges of custom or personalized orders for obvious reasons, unless we are in error.  You are responsible for the cost of shipping back to us.  We suggest insurance as we are not responsible for lost/stolen/damaged items. 

Free shipping offer:

For returns within the contiguous USA, once the products are received in original condition, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment in the amount of the purchase price, less a portion of the original shipping cost. We will absorb the remaining original shipping costs.

For bean bag chairs: Up to 37" size = $25 each, 52" size = $45 each deducted *(also see another option below)
For unfilled bean bags, blankets, separate covers, and separate liners: $9 each deducted.
For refill: $55 each box deducted.

For items that were shipped outside the contiguous USA, 100% of original shipping cost will be deducted from refund if shipping was not pre-paid by customer.

*The cost of shipping back a filled bean bag can be high, due to its size.  If you want to remove the filling and just ship back the liner and cover to reduce your ship-back cost, we would deduct from your refund as follows:

Up to 37" size:
$25 each deducted for a portion of the original shipping cost (same as option above)
PLUS
$25 each deducted for reground filling, $40 each deducted for virgin bead filling
*you pay the cost of shipping just the cover and liner back, which averages $10 (please verify your specific cost).

52" size:
$45 each deducted for a portion of the original shipping cost (same as option above)
PLUS
$50 each deducted for reground filling, $80 each deducted for virgin bead filling
*you pay the cost of shipping just the cover and liner back, which averages $15 (please verify your specific cost).

Please understand that we are not in the business of profiting from returns, and that we also pay for a portion of the shipping costs (only the shipping companies win).  Other companies even charge an extra huge restocking fee on top!

Our Guarantee: We will NEVER charge a restocking fee and will NEVER pressure you to keep anything you don't want (*subject to rules above).

Believe it or not, some companies don't allow you to return, or they charge a restocking fee, or make you hurry to ship back!

We just ask that you contact us before returning to let us know so we can look out for the return, we'll give you a Return Authorization Number at that time.

Reminder: If you just want to change the style or color of your bean bag, just return the cover in original condition within the 365-day window for a different one (no need to spend money shipping back the whole bean bag). Please ensure the cover is in resalable condition before returning.  One exchange per bean bag.  You return the original cover to us, but we will waive the shipping cost of the new cover out to you, within the contiguous USA. This applies only to exchanges of covers.

For filling exchanges, please inquire.

ITEMS DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING:

If you receive an item damaged during shipping, please notify us within 5 business days for an immediate replacement (we need the time to file a claim with FedEx.)

Our Guarantee: Shipping the replacement item to you is FREE.  Shipping the damaged item back to us is FREE. We will NEVER hassle you about claims of shipping damage.  We rely on the honor code here!

ORDER CANCELLATION:

You may cancel your order right up to the moment the order is actually out of our hands and already zooming away on the FedEx truck.  You can cancel custom orders up until the time we start making it.

Our Guarantee: We will NEVER hassle you or pressure you about cancellations.  We all change our minds sometimes!  We will make EVERY reasonable effort to catch your order before it ships if you change your mind.
