How Long Will it Take?


Upcoming Holiday Delays: 
Christmas: Order as soon as possible!

The following map shows how many days it takes to ship our in-stock bean bag chairs to you from Virginia, barring any delays in transit.  We will contact you if any item is not in-stock and ready to ship out from our location on schedule.  Personalized items require up to an extra 5 days (but will probably take less, see schedule below).

Note that FedEx does not guarantee ground times.  FedEx may run into delays such as weather or internal issues, but for the most part they are on time.  From Dec. 10-25, FedEx may encounter more than average delays. A FedEx business day does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.  *This is always true, so watch out if you see "guaranteed delivery"- look for the fine print!

Orders placed Dec. 22 after 6pm - Jan. 2 will ship Jan. 3 or 4.  Limited telephone customer service available.  Normal email customer service available.  Normal online ordering available 24/7.
 
Shipping Information:

For the contiguous USA, in-stock orders leave our facility the next business weekday if payment is received by 4pm EST. After 4pm EST, orders will go out the door the 2nd weekday. Add up to 7 extra weekdays for personalized items (up to 9 extra days from Nov. 15- Dec. 24). Add extra 2 weekdays for 52"-made-to-order size.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING: orders placed Dec. 1 - Dec. 23 may take up to 2 days to ship out after payment is received, most still leave our facility next business day! 

For Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, and APO/FPO, we ship via US Postal Service or FedEx, whichever is less costly for you. Please contact us for current shipping costs to these destinations.

For Canada, the customer may have to pay an import tax upon receipt of the package. Please contact us to inquire.

We regret that at this time, we cannot ship to other international countries due to prohibitive shipping costs.

Any item returned to us because the recipient refused it, or otherwise could not be delivered after several good faith attempts by FedEx, and if we shipped to the address provided when the order was placed, we reserve the right to require reimbursement for return-to-sender fees if applicable. Original shipping cost not refunded.
