27" size (4.5 cubic feet) is for small children, pets, as an ottoman or stool.
32" size (7 cubic feet) is for people 5 feet tall or less.
37" size (9 cubic feet) is for everyone and every pet. The 37" is our best-seller.

We also make a 52" giant size (18 cubic feet), made-to-order bean bag. 52" is the most comfy, but takes up the space of an armchair. Some bean bag companies call this size a "love seat".

If you are looking for bigger sizes, we can try to make it for you. Please contact us about pricing and ordering larger sizes.

Please note that the 52" size comes in 2 boxes (FedEx limits the size box we can ship). The first box holds the bean bag 1/2 filled. The second box holds the remaining filling. You complete the filling of your bean bag at your location (it's easy).

NOTE: When comparing sizes of bean bags from different companies, make sure to ask for the amount of filling you get in cubic feet. This is the best way to compare sizes. If they don't tell you, that's fishy!

Customers that have an AHH Spot bean bag receive a $25 discount on refills. Discount will not appear at checkout, the discount will be applied to your refill order after the order is placed (credit card not charged until discount applied). An updated receipt will be emailed. Please select "returning customer" during checkout. We reserve the right to limit the amount of refill you can purchase at a discount.

FAQ: How often do I have to refill? Answer: It depends on how much you use it, how you use it, and how poofy you like your chair. If it's used alot by kids who jump in it, then some folks call within a few months to refill. Some never refill because they like it flat. The average is about a year. The GOOD NEWS is: we almost never sell refill to the same person more than once. The fill does not disappear, it just deflates, so 1 refill normall does the job.

The current shipping price is $22 per bean bag (they are considered oversized). The actual shipping charges we pay are usually more than $22! For separate covers, separate liners, and unfilled bean bags, shipping is $7 each, within the contiguous USA. *Note: our system adds $22 to each item, so for covers/liners/unfilled bean bags, we add the $15 shipping difference to your filling credit.

Please allow 2-7 business days for delivery. FedEx tracking numbers are available upon request.

If you receive an item damaged by shipping, you must notify us within 5 business days for an immediate replacement (so we can file a claim with FedEx.)

For Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, and APO/FPO, we ship via US Postal Service or FedEx, whichever is cheaper. Please contact us for current shipping costs to these destinations.

For Canada, the customer may have to pay an import tax upon receipt of the package. Please contact us to inquire.

We regret that at this time, we cannot ship to other international countries due to prohibitive shipping costs.

If you recieve an item damaged by shipping, you must notify us within 5 business days for an immediate replacement (so we can file a claim with FedEx.)

For normal returns, shipping to and from customer location is non-refundable. Shipping new items to replace damaged items is FREE.

You may cancel your order up until the time the order is shipped. Once the order is shipped, the return/ exchange policy is in effect. Custom orders are final sales once production has started, including personalized items.

A quick note about color: the color you see on your computer may be different than the actual color of the bean bag. If you want to be 100% certain of your color choice, we recommend you contact us for free swatches.

Contact us to inquire about purchasing liners separately.

To care for bean bag covers, wipe up spills immediately. To wash, gently unzip and remove cover. Warm wash separately in a regular household washing machine. NO bleach or iron. Line-dry. Although we instruct you to line-dry/ no bleach/ no iron, if you decide to do so, please be careful. Do not dry on super-high heat.

To care for bean bag cores, if spills soak through the cover and soil the liner, wipe up immediately. Spot-clean with water and mild detergent. Do not over-soak. Liquids will bead up on the water-repel liner, but will eventually soak in if rubbed into the liner fibers.

As with all consumer products, please use common sense and use AHH! products as intended. Keep away from flame and burning cigarettes. Discontinue use if filling is seen escaping (this should not happen under normal and intended use). For ages 2 years and up. As always, use caution with young children.

Remember, our liners all have child-resistant zippers!

To care for fleece blankets, wash separately in warm water, line dry, no bleach.

We ship pillow covers via US Postal Service or FedEx Ground, shipping is included in the price of pillow covers.
