What is your shipping policy?
Special Note: Shipping rates went up again, bringing the cost up to $120 per bean bag, which we absorb. We raised prices a smidge to be able to keep our doors open and offer our Made in USA bean bags. Our costs are much higher than other companies since we manufacture in the USA, so we hope that our dear customers will understand. Thank you!
For the contiguous USA: Shipping is included in the prices shown. In-stock orders leave our doors via FedEx ground service the next business weekday if payment is received by 4pm EST. After 4pm EST, orders will go out the door the 2nd weekday. Sometimes we may even ship earlier if possible! Add up to 5 extra weekdays for personalized items. Add up to extra 2 weekdays for 52" size.
Free shipping offer: since we do pay shipping to FedEx, which we cannot get back, each returned bean bag will have a portion of the original shipping cost deducted from refunds - we absorb the rest. Unlike other companies, we do not charge any extra restocking fee. See our return policy below.
Please allow 1-5 business weekdays for delivery, barring FedEx delays. FedEx tracking numbers are available upon request.
If you receive an item damaged by shipping, you must notify us within 5 days for an immediate replacement (so we can file a claim with FedEx.)
For Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, and APO/FPO, we ship via US Postal Service or FedEx, whichever is less costly. Please contact us for current shipping costs to these destinations.
For Canada, the customer may have to pay an import tax upon receipt of the package. Please contact us to inquire.
We regret that at this time, we cannot ship to other international countries due to prohibitive shipping costs.
For all orders: any item returned to us because the recipient refused it, or otherwise could not be delivered after several good faith attempts, and if we shipped to the address provided when the order was placed, we reserve the right to require reimbursement for any return-to-sender fees if applicable, including original shipping costs. Original shipping payment not refunded. We do NOT require signature to expedite delivery. If you think it is unsafe to leave your order at your door, please let us know and we can require signature for a fee (FedEx fee, not ours).

How do I unzip my liner and refill my bean bag? Our liners all have child-resistant zippers, please do not force them open! Visit our how to unzip page for instructions and photos.
To add filling to your liner, do not empty the existing filling. You will add more to plump it up. KEEP FILLING AND PLASTIC BAG AWAY FROM CHILDREN. It can be messy, doing this outdoors can help (not on a windy day!).
1. Get a friend to help. You gather the top of the plastic bag so there is an opening big enough to pour, but that you can control. You hold the gathered "spout" of the bag with one hand while lifting the bottom of the bag to pour. 2. Your friend holds the unzipped liner mouth wide open. 3. You pour the fill slowly into the liner mouth. Try not to agitate the filling too much since it is light and static-y and wants to fly away. 4. REMEMBER TO REZIP COMPLETELY to relock the zipper. REMOVE the paperclip.
What sizes are available? Sizes available to order on this site include the 27" small size, 32" standard size, 37" premium size, and 52" giant size. Size measurements are diameters (how wide they are through the bean bag's center).
27" size (4.5 cubic feet) is for small children, pets, as an ottoman or stool. 32" size (7 cubic feet) is for people 5 feet tall or less. 37" size (9 cubic feet) is for everyone and every pet. The 37" is our best-seller.
We also make a 52" giant size (18 cubic feet), made-to-order bean bag. 52" is the most comfy, but takes up the space of an armchair. Some bean bag companies call this size a "love seat".
Please note that the 52" size comes in 2 boxes (FedEx limits the size box we can ship). The first box holds the bean bag 1/2 filled. The second box holds the remaining filling. You complete the filling of your bean bag at your location (it's easy).
NOTE: When comparing sizes of bean bags from different companies, make sure to ask for the amount of filling you get in cubic feet. This is the best way to compare sizes. If they don't tell you, that's fishy!
Do you offer fabric swatches? We can send you swatches of our fabric styles so that you can see and feel the actual fabric before you buy! FREE and no obligation, you do not have to send them back!
A quick note about color: the color you see on your computer may be different than the actual color of the bean bag. If you want to be 100% certain of your color choice, we recommend you contact us for free swatches.
Do you have just covers and liners? You can purchase only the covers for all of our bean bag styles. For those times when you want to change your existing style, or if you need to make an old bean bag look like new. We also offer liners sold separately.

How do I clean my bean bag? Are there any precautions?
To care for bean bag covers, wipe up spills immediately. To wash, gently unzip and remove cover from the bean bag. Zip the cover back up and cold wash separate from other garments in a regular household washing machine to avoid possible color-transfer. NO bleach or iron. Line-dry. Although we instruct you to line-dry/ no bleach/ no iron, if you decide to do so, please be careful. Do not use high heat.
To care for bean bag liners, if spills soak through the cover and soil the liner, wipe up immediately. Spot-clean with water and mild detergent. Do not over-soak. Liquids will bead up on the water-repel liner, but will soak in if rubbed into the liner fibers.
As with all consumer products, please use common sense and use AHH! products as intended. Keep away from flame and burning cigarettes. Discontinue use if filling is seen escaping (this should not happen under normal and intended use). For ages 2 years and up. As with all cushions, use caution with young children. Do not allow them underneath bean bags to avoid possible suffocation.

Can you make a bean bag with my fabric? If you have that perfect fabric already picked out, just send it to us! With your fabric, we will make the removable bean bag cover and supply the water-repellent liner and filling. Do you have gift certificates? If you would like to give an AHH bean bag chair or cover to a special someone, but you don't want to choose the style for them, just purchase a gift certificate on this site or by calling us. How do I order and pay? You may place your order online or call to speak to a customer service representative. Once you have placed your order, you can mail us a personal check or money order (US funds). We also accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover.
Your information is sent securely to us. You'll notice a lock appear on the bottom of your browser and the web address will say https ('s' for secure). This means you don't have to worry -- your information will be sent encrypted so no one can steal it! (Please do not mail cash or email your credit card information.)
If using a Purchase Order, you will be asked for a PO number and Federal Employer Identification Number (FEIN). PO payments due Net 30, 1.5% late fee after.
Can you ship to someone else? Can you include a gift note? We will ship any of our bean bag chairs or covers directly to a special someone as a gift from you! Just let us know their address, name, and any special note you would like us to include. You can enter this information during the checkout process or just contact us.
