2. Eligibility: This Sweepstakes is open only to residents of the contiguous, continental U.S. who are 21 years of age or older. This Giveaway is governed by U.S. law and is subject to all federal, state and local laws. Void where prohibited by law.
3. Prizes- (A) Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will win a 37 inch Premium Size HO HO HO Ahh Spot bean bag chair, filled with virgin bead filling, with a retail value of $185.00. Bean bag chair will ship complete with filling, water-repel liner, and HO HO HO fleece cover. Shipping cost will be paid by AHH! Products for FedEx ground delivery within the continental U.S. only.
(B) Three (3) Second Prize Winners will win a $25.00 store credit, to be used by December 14, 2008 on any Ahh Spot bean bag chair.
(C) Ten (10) Third Prize Winners will win a $10.00 store credit, to be used by December 14, 2008 on any Ahh Spot bean bag chair.
Total ARV of all prizes in the Giveaway: $360.00.
All federal, state and local taxes on prizes are the respective winner's responsibility. All costs, taxes, fees, and expenses associated with any element of any prize not specifically addressed above are the sole responsibility of the respective winner. Prizes cannot be transferred, substituted or redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize, or portions thereof, with a prize of equal or greater value. All prizes will be awarded.
4. Drawing and Notification: All Prize Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries on December 14, 2007 by an AHH! Products judge and will be contacted either by phone and/or by email on December 15, 2007. The names of all Prize Winners may be posted on the AHH! Products Website. Judge's decisions with respect to the winners and other matters pertaining to the giveaway shall be final. If AHH! Products is unable to contact a potential Prize Winner, and/or if the potential Prize Winner fails to comply with any of the requirements, or if any prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, an alternate winner(s) shall be selected. Prize Winners consent to the use of his/her name, photograph, likeness, biography, voice and/or video for advertising and promotional purposes, including online announcements, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. The odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. If, in the judge's opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the Giveaway, or if computer virus, bugs, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or technical difficulties or failures compromise or corrupt or affect the administration, integrity, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Giveaway, the judges reserve the right at their sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and void any entries submitted fraudulently, to modify or suspend the Giveaway, or to terminate the Giveaway and conduct a random drawing to award the prizes using all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the termination date.
