The other day, a bunch of us at AHH! Products went to a model home that was staged using some of our Ahh Spot bean bag chairs.  We were curious to see how bean bags could be incorporated into the professionally designed home decor.  After all, interior designers do make big bucks.  Our little tour took us into the lower level recreation room/ home theater room where spread out, along a couple neat crescent-curved rows, were our bean bags in front of the huge flat-screen television.  And, without bragging (too much anyway), the bean bag chairs looks fabulous!  Marigold yellow, spearmint green, luscious red, bright orange, cool slate blue, and delicious purple upholstery velvet bean bags were quite the accent pieces in this room full of cold electronic media equipment.  We were pleased needless to say.

We talked to the agent that was there representing the builder and showing the house to see if she had any comments on the bean bag chairs.  She said that they are a big hit with everyone.  Not only the families with kids, which is a no-brainer, but also with the mean coming through the tour.  Most people couldn't help but try them out, she said.  And with all the traffic, the bean bags were holding up really well, especially since...(and there was a pause).  "Since what?" we asked.  Apparently the kids more often than not would decide to lump all the bean bags together and use them as a giant landing pad in whatever game they were playing while their parents walked around the model home. Yes, the bean bags were withstanding this.  Yes, the kids were super happy. Yes, the parents were even happier since the kids were occupied and not asking when they could leave to go to McDonalds. Yes, Yes, Yes to attest to all the great things about Ahh Spot bean bag chairs. But, there was one No...

No, the agent did not enjoy rearranging the bean bags back into their beautiful crescent-shaped curve in front of the television after each family left.  Well, we said, at least she didn't have to keep the kids from trampling the rest of the beautiful house - and we are pretty sure the rest of the home's decor definitely could NOT have taken the kind of abuse that the bean bags were enduring! 

Yes, she said, that is true.
